Dave's upbringing in the construction business, framing homes and installing HVAC alongside his father, laid the foundation for his unique perspective on real estate. A business management graduate from Indiana University, Dave moved to Colorado and became a general contractor, later relocating Mann Builders to Denver in 2010. With over 70 units built and developed, including single-family homes, duplexes, and townhomes, Dave's construction background informs his approach to real estate investing.

Currently serving as a real estate advisor at Compass with the Bowers Group in SW Florida, Laurie and Dave collaborate by leveraging their combined 18 years of experience. Dave's passion and extensive experience in real estate, coupled with Laurie's expertise, create a powerhouse team dedicated to making sound investments and providing an impressive real estate experience for their clients
