Reaching New Heights (Literally)

The Island is now soaring above the bay, with construction officially reaching the 17th floor. Thanks to the incredible focus and efficiency of our build teams, we are maintaining a steady pace of pouring approximately one floor per week.

To support this rapid vertical growth, our construction crane was recently “jumped” (raised to a higher position). With the crane securely in its new elevated home, our upward progress is only accelerating.

What’s Next on the Horizon?

With 17 floors already in place, we are rapidly closing in on our next major milestone: the official summer top-off.
